Our mission is to champion and empower young individuals seeking opportunities within the energy field as a pathway to a successful and fulfilling career. Additionally, Powering Up provides guidance, resources, and opportunities that equip people with the skills, knowledge, and confidence necessary to tackle challenges and drive innovation in the energy industry. Our organization extends beyond training and aims to foster a community of skilled professionals who collaborate, innovate, and lead, shaping the future of sustainable and impactful energy solutions. Why Powering Up Matters
Powering Up Inc. addresses the urgent gap in the energy sector, where an estimated shortage of 80,000 electricians and 30,000 pipe welders over the next decade threatens to slow economic growth through energy scarcity. By offering scholarships and training, we aim to equip a new generation with the skills needed for this shift. Our initiatives ensure the energy sector's growth and innovation continue unabated, safeguarding the future of our planet's energy needs. In doing so, Powering Up Inc is essential for overcoming the critical skilled labor shortages facing the energy industry today.
